Welcome! We are happy to announce SirSea Villas as a new addition to the island of Roatan. We fell in love with the island and hope that you will too. As new owners, we are excited to come together and share an experience you will not forget.

We are located in Jonesville Point in Czech Village with a beautiful view of the cove and the inlet, where you can leisurely watch the waves crash onto the nearby reef.

The new modern design of SirSea Villas, along with our breathtaking views, makes this place a must-see! This paradise property is on the waterfront and contains 4 separate Villas, each with a private entrance and kitchen, bathroom, and private patio balconies. Your stay includes Wi-Fi, a dock with a pool, deck chairs, an outdoor shower, and a fish cleaning station. There is a gazebo that has a large gas griddle and outdoor seating located on the base floor, with access to the pool restroom for those renting one of the Villas on the property.

Join us for your dream vacation in this waterfront Villa located on the island of Roatan in the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Enjoy local dining, snorkeling, scuba diving, and permit game fishing, as well as our relaxing dock at our pool on the water, or fishing from the deck.

Policies:

Primary Policy:

Payment Schedule - 50% of payment due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
minimum of 2 night stay.

Cancellation Policy:

Guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days prior to arrival. Guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within the 30 days leading up to designated arrival. If the guest does not show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Security Policy:

A pre-authorization of $500 USD is held for 1 day before arrival and voided on 5 days after departure.

Extra Guest:

All extra guests after 2 guests will be an extra $5 per person per night.

Guest Details:

Self Check-In (after 3 PM).
Check-Out by 10AM (late check-out may result in additional fees).
No curfew; Quiet times 11PM-6AM.
No events or parties allowed (unless previously contracted).
Contactless check-in & check-out (check in with door code).

Damage Deposit:

Charged damage deposit of $500 USD.
Collection of the damage deposit by credit card.
Collection of damage deposit prior to arrival.
Return of damage deposit by credit card.
Returned to guest within 5 days of check-out.

Terms and conditions for guest:

Extra-person charges apply and vary depending on the Villa size. No additional overnight or unregistered guests permitted.
Government-issued photo identification matching the credit card may be required at check-in.
Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur an additional charge. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
Onsite parties or group events without prior written acceptance by owner are strictly prohibited.

Other important information:

A pre-authorized charge will be made on a credit card before arrival.
A fixed amount of deposit will be held on the guest's credit card.
Guests must provide their address details when they book.
Guests must provide a phone number when they book.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying guest of check-in age.
We do not currently accept reservations for stays over 15 nights.
Pets or animals of any kind are not allowed (this includes service animals). Unfortunately we have to maintain a no pet policy due to having no amenities to be able to effectively host an animal.
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Free parking on the premises (1 space).
Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned to the owner prior to check-in.
Airport shuttle information available upon request.
Total number of floors = 4.
Floors accessible by stairs only/no elevator.
No facilities for disabled guests/Not wheelchair accessible.
Unsuitable for small children or the elderly or the infirm.
No high chair or crib provided.
No safety gates or rails.
No daily housekeeping/Housekeeper optional at an additional charge.
Laundry Services available by appointment at an additional charge.
Smoke-free property/Non-smoking throughout/No open flames on the premises.
Carbon monoxide detector not needed (no carbon monoxide sources).

Is SirSea Villas family-friendly?

Although we accept guests of all ages, please keep the following in mind the following when considering us for your stay.

There are no guardrails or safety railings on the dock or fencing surrounding the party.
The Villas are built in a manner that the guest may be required to climb multiple sets of stairs, depending on the room you reserve.
This is a tropical paradise, with that being said, nature is nature and can sometimes be dangerous.
There are no cribs or amenities that support children of young ages.
